Jack Hartman

Jack Hartman is a Managing Director at Pare & Co, where he works with clients and internal teams to solve complex problems and deliver digital platforms that meet the needs of organizations and the people they serve.

Jack brings extensive agency experience spanning digital delivery, client relationships and business strategy. Before joining Oomph, he worked at agencies in New York and Philadelphia and was a founding member of a boutique digital agency in Philadelphia. His experience has exposed him to organizations and challenges across a wide range of industries.

At Oomph, Jack previously served as Head of Delivery, overseeing the people and processes responsible for bringing complex digital engagements to life. His work has included major digital transformation initiatives such as the State of Rhode Island’s effort to create a more unified, accessible and manageable digital presence.

Jack is a graduate of Bowdoin College and maintains a love for cycling, having served on the board of Recycle-a-Bike in Providence.
