Outcomes: Intelligence

Because AI Has Changed What’s Possible

AI can do more than make existing work faster. It can change what your team can do, what your digital products can do, and what’s possible for the people who use them.

The Intelligence Practice

For some organizations, Intelligence means taking work that once took hours to complete and redesigning how it gets done. For others it means making the digital experience smarter: answering questions, finding the right answers, personalizing an experience or helping a user make an accurate decision faster.

That’s why Pare & Co has built a dedicated Intelligence practice, with a dedicated practice leader. We are focused on two sides of the AI opportunity: making your organization more efficient and making your digital products more intelligent. When Intelligence is the primary outcome, the practice leads the engagement, and brings in capabilities and expertise needed to achieve it from the other outcome practices — strategy, experience design, engineering and integration, data and analytics, applied AI and managed services.

We focus on two sides of intelligence:

  1. Make the team faster.

We deploy agents, automation and AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual work, automate reports and routine checks, and help teams get more done while keeping human judgment where it matters.

  2. Make the product smarter.

We infuse AI into the digital experience through conversational search, retrieval, recommendations, personalization, translation and intelligent interfaces that help people find the right information and take the next step faster.

Pare doesn’t approach Intelligence as an AI company that builds models. We apply existing models and technologies where they can solve a real problem, integrate them into the systems our clients already depend on, and put the testing, oversight and guardrails around them that real-world use requires.

And we know the model because we’re using it ourselves. Pare has rebuilt the way it operates around AI, using it across the business while concentrating human expertise where it matters most: strategy, judgment, communication and solving hard problems with clients.

Chris Murray rebuilt a nineteen-year-old consultancy as an AI-native firm in 2026. Two decades of enterprise platform work stand behind that decision, and the AI systems built since are running in production for clients.
