Spent his career at Oomph, from project leadership to Vice President and now President of Pare & Co. Leads operations, client relationships and delivery.
Doug Sisko
Co-founded Adapt USA and led its U.S. operations before the firms combined in 2026. Focused on digital strategy, customer acquisition and how AI is reshaping both.
Jack Hartman
Came up through agencies in New York and Philadelphia, then ran Delivery at Oomph. Works across digital delivery, client relationships and business strategy.
