Doug leads the Growth Practice at Pare & Co, helping organizations identify and remove the digital barriers that stand between them and growth. His work spans digital strategy, marketing, customer acquisition and the changing ways people discover and engage with brands.
Before Pare, Doug co-founded Adapt USA, where he served as Managing Director and led the agency’s U.S. operations. His recent work has focused heavily on how AI is reshaping digital marketing, including the implications of generative engine optimization (GEO), AI search and zero-click behavior for customer acquisition, brand positioning and marketing investment.
Doug studied at the University of Connecticut School of Business and serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the Maine International Trade Center.
