Bradley Hospital’s website has won a Silver Lamplighter Award in the Websites category at NESHCo 2026, presented at the awards gala in Burlington, Vermont, on May 28. The entry is credited to Bradley Hospital and Brown University Health with Oomph (now Pare & Co).
About the Work
Bradley Hospital is the first hospital in the United States dedicated exclusively to children’s mental health.
Its website has an unusual first reader: a parent who is frightened, often at night, and frequently looking for a service they have never had to think about before. No one researches this from a desk. The case study covers what that meant for structure, language and the point at which the site stops explaining and gives someone a number to call.
About the Award
The Lamplighter Awards are presented by the New England Society for Healthcare Communications, recognizing marketing and communications work by healthcare organizations across the region.
